FAQ
How much does it cost to connect?
The terms depend on the number of machines, their model and your acquiring — there is no single price list. Message us on WhatsApp with the model and the number of locations, and we will give you a price the same day.
Do I need to replace the machine itself?
In most cases, no — the machine stays the same, and the connection is made over the network and through the machine settings. A replacement is only needed if the equipment is very old and cannot work with external payment modules.
How fast does the money arrive?
Payment is confirmed in seconds and the machine dispenses the product right away. Funds reach your business account according to your acquiring bank’s schedule.
What if the payment went through but nothing was dispensed?
The service records such cases and refunds the customer automatically. All refunds, together with the reason, are visible in your dashboard.
What do I need to provide?
Internet at the location (Wi-Fi or a SIM card), your sole proprietor or LLP details for accepting payments, access to the machine settings, and the machine model.
