Do I need a card terminal for QR payments?

No. The QR code is shown on the machine screen or printed on a sticker, and the customer scans it with their phone. No bank terminal is required.

What if the payment went through but the product was not dispensed?

The service records incomplete dispenses and refunds the customer. All refunds are shown in the owner’s dashboard.

The customer picks a product

The machine creates an order and shows a QR code on its screen. The amount is already built into the code.

Scans and confirms

The banking app opens with the right amount already filled in. No payment details need to be entered.

The machine dispenses the product

The service confirms the payment to the machine, which releases the drink or snack and reports that it was dispensed.

What the machine owner gets
